Paul Parsons started is working career in mechanics, soon moved to become a Joiner (Carpenter) he did this for many years before joining the family business Hayes UK in 2008, and Arctic Products in 2014 to form Arctic Hayes Ltd.

Over the last 14 years Paul has assisted in many areas of the business, from warehouse to sales, marketing, helping grow the business to where it is today. Paul's technical background is essential to his current role in Product Development. Paul works closely with Arctic Hayes UK and overseas suppliers and manufacturers to help design, develop, sourcing and introducing new products to add to their ever-growing extensive range.

Continuously looking for that unique product, or simple tools or equipment to help make the contractors job easier/quicker and more efficient. Paul oversees the complete supply chain with a full sourcing solution, which includes support in the manufacturing process, factory audits and pre-shipment quality, social and ethical inspections. Alongside this, he ensures all logistical requirements are taken care of, avoiding unnecessary delays or inconveniences. This ensures we receive high quality products, at competitive prices, from credible manufacturing partners, and on time.
